| Supportsoft.adelphia.net on psp hi when i try to hook up the internet on psp and i do wifi on my laptop i get the error that you need to call adelphia but when i use my internet connection it works fine do i have to change the ip to something different to get my psp and laptop to work with wifi thanks for any help. |

| make sure you are connected via your router.
Supportsoft.adelphia.net is the Adelphia walled garden for cable modems that have not been activated yet. It's possible you may be connected via a neighbor that was disconnected but they didn't power off the modem. The base configuration will put a customer in the walled garden until their modem gets provisioned (after having the correct billing codes added to their account) |

| Since it sounds like you dont have a router or even wireless for that matter it sounds like your laptop and psp are picking up the connection out of the air. Probably a neighbor.
Wifi works by transmitting and receiving signals through the air, ie...wireless fidelity.
Something has to push the signal out, if it's not your's it it someone else's.
