Harrisville, RI | if verizon is loosing customers over phone service....... If you look at what Hilton said..... If a deal is struck to pay for the use of the patents.... Hilton is saying that it is not fair that verizon is loosing its customers. So in that sense he is anti competitive (wonder how much verizon stock the judge owns). And based on the statement that verizon is loosing its customers to the compitention. Shouldn't the cable tv companies be allowed to sue verizon to shut down their fios tv service as it will cause the cable companies to loose their customers and income base....
