I'd let them come out.
Is the BBU showing that it's running on battery. The TV and internet will drop within 5 minutes of it going on battery.
My 610 died when the power supply went bad, and they didn't have any left to replace it with. They put a new 610 ONT in the outside case, and within 10 minutes it dropped back to battery, causing the ONT to show no link. |

System status light on BBU is green, however the ONT itself is showing the power LED flashing, data and video are down. |
