Calling the FSC, they told me that they couldn't get a proper signal from the ONT ("we think the ONT is running off the BBU, it's very likely the ONT isn't being fed enough power,
It's being fed by their power supply. I'd let them come out.

Is the BBU showing that it's running on battery. The TV and internet will drop within 5 minutes of it going on battery.

My 610 died when the power supply went bad, and they didn't have any left to replace it with. They put a new 610 ONT in the outside case, and within 10 minutes it dropped back to battery, causing the ONT to show no link.

No, it is not. System status light on BBU is green, however the ONT itself is showing the power LED flashing, data and video are down.

Hi,
Sounds like a bad power cable from the ONT to the power source/or supply.
Multimeter should be able to show this 1-2-3

That'd be my guess. Bad wiring or BBU.
