dc++ networks

i was wondering for those on college campus, does anyone know of any hubs that allow outside network accsess ? or i guess what i mean to say is public hub accsess so anyone can come in and share ?

There are plenty.... just click on DC++ Public hubs in DC++ and you'll get a list.
