| Posted two hours ago on in this forum ! I might what to add that I posted this topic about two hours ago in another forum. »MySpace Brings Spam LawSuit against Sanford Wallace Oh well,I just thought that it was interesting how it took so long before anyone noticed this news topic.
I would think that Wallace has enough money to defend himself in any lawsuit. With the money he has, he could potentially hire the best civil attorney in the United states.
Then again, I would love to see his sorry a$$ spend many years in a federal prison. --

 | reply to antiphishing You forget, MySpace is owned by Rupert Murdoch. I can see a lot more lawsuits considering others are running a ton of scams on there. |

 This is funny ! |
Wallace, the self-proclaimed "King of Spam," has been previously sued (either directly or through entities that he owned or controlled) by America Online, Concentric Network Corp., CompuServe, and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). In 2006, Wallace was forced to pay more than $4 million in a lawsuit brought by the FTC for the actions of Smartbot.net.
