So. sorry, I'm not sure what's happening.. maybe a virus on your computer or what not, but I haven't seen people bitching that it was broken up.

I think what you're referring to is the great wonderful government that can never get it right. The phone company needed to be broken up. However, they took a bad situation and made it a parallel situation and then worse.. now they are still finger fucking it..
The phone network may be reliable.. those who run it aren't.
