Maybe Bruce Chatterly should talk to my mother. I dunno what Best Buy he's talking about but the Best Buy I know of made my mom wait half an hour in the return line because she wanted to return a defective microwave that she bought an extended warranty on. Then after a half an hour waiting in that line they referred her to the Geek Squad line. Now the reason why they referred here there is beyond me but regardless she waited another half an hour in the line.
Then after that the geek squad guy referred us to the appliance supervisor who said was in today (Sunday) but come to find out that he was on vacation. There was only one person there and she was given the authority to make the exchange.
The only microwave that was the exact same one as my mother has in stock was a returned, open box, item. So they had to order a new one and we are out a microwave until then.
What Best Buy are you talking about again Bruce Chatterly? Or better yet, what the heck have you been smoking and why are you not sharing? -- True Happiness Must Come From Within |
