| super crappy speed off only 1 modem my isp thinks its coming from my pc its not because i can connect other modem and speeds are fine ive(ive done this several times) double checked my ethernet cables etc.my modem is a Zyxel 600 series im not connected ppoe im connected through my local area connection any suggestions |

thanks dish its alot better now but still not what it should be. im using a 642 modem now and its connected via pppoe i have a 512 download speed, uploads what it should be  |

yep 512 im on my mac now and its perfect my pee cee isnt riddled with spyware or anything cpu usage is very low at idle i rewired the whole damn phone system last night and its the same thing |
