60% Tech Support Rating?

I'm curious what your tech support experience was that made you rate them as poor.

FiOS should be available in my area soon, and I keep an eye on how Verizon's support is - but i'm seeing poor marks for their Support, with no mention as to why...

Kirkland, WA		 Um, have you ever tried calling Verizon tech support? They're the most undertrained brain dead stoner monkeys around.

I'm amazed this reviewer gave them a 60% rating!
