| Everybody is Welcome at AceDSL! Not to dance on anybody's grave, but we've always been there for the refugees of:
- Red Connect (for those who remember)
- Northpoint/Rythms bancruptcy fall-outs
- Telocity
&, of course
- VCS (Verizon's Crappy Service)
The truth is, exodus from Speakeasy among their core user base started over a year ago. Some came to us. We'd like to have more 
Not only does this apply to DSL (»www.acedsl.com), but to VoIP, as well (»www.acevoice.net).
Our business grade AcePBX (»www.acepbx.com) service beats the crap out of Covad's offering, which Speakeasey resells, if I'm not mistaken, and the same goes for residential VoIP.
Shameless plug? Absolutely! Good business, if you ask me.
Speaking of business, an inside tip for those who are interested - 1.2 times revenue is a sh!tty deal for a company of Speakeasy's size. |

I didn't know that Verizon offers QOS on the lines you resell? You have no control over the QOS throughout all you backbone and pops, because you don't own the pops. You are right this is a shameless plug. |

A: You can switch from any ISP that works directly with Verizon, e.g. Verizon Online, AOL Broadband, Earthlink, and a number of small local providers. You cannot switch from ISP's, e.g Speakeasy, Megapath, that provide service through Covad or any other CLEC.
Whatever is right, ACE is just a verizon reseller. They don't own a pop or a backbone. With Voip as we all know, the trick with Voip is the QOS throughout the Backbone.
That is why they only operate in the states below.
