AZ has it solid from Phoenix to Tucson...
Texas has all of its major cities covered
Florida has a lot of coverage.
L.A. is one of those cities that Cingular/AT&T just doesn't really care to compete in.

Wrong there. El Paso has over 800k people, I'd consider it a major city...
however, no 3G.
