You still only get one IP. If you are connected to their hotspot all you need is a computer that can handle IPV6 (XP and Vita both do) and a wireless card.

I read the guide. I still don't see anything stating a computer will need more than one IP.

you need 3 ips. if i remember correctly, these are what the ips are used for. i remember doing some ip6 routing long time ago.
-one ip for site to site network
-one ip for the intranet
-one ip for the internet
