Another Soon to be Ex-Speakeasy Customer

After reading your post I wanted to post in your forum here to see what you can do to help in a transition to your services.

I currently have an ADSL 6M/768 via Covad shared line in Chicago, IL with:
-4 Static IPs
- Unlimited (they have never contacted me about my traffic) UL/DL traffic
- FTP and Telnet Shell account(s)
- Free Filecloud services
- Free Teamspeak server
- Unrestricted port(s) and traffic on those ports (I run 2 physical servers HTTP/SMTP/POP/VPN/Gaming)
My current bill is $122.15 out the door.

Does your company offer similar services?

Thank you,
Alan

Alan,

I would be happy to assist you.

Depending on the type of Covad Circuit you are on, we may be able to do an ISP switch, which basically transfers your circuit from Speakeasy over to us, avoiding a new installation.

With that said, here is what we can offer:

Line Share ADSL SOHO 6.0/768 - $79.95 ($69.95 with a 2 yr agreement)
/29 IP block, 8 IP's, 5 usable on your LAN - $10/month
Unlimited transfer
No blocked port
Servers allowed
No hidden fees or taxes

No as far as your other features you listed
- FTP and Telnet Shell account(s)
- Free Filecloud services
- Free Teamspeak server

We do offer web/email hosting at your own domain, so that would give you server space, and FTP, Telnet access. Depending of the server space you need, the cost would vary. The basic web package, with a DSL circuit is $9.95/month for 1.5Gb of server space.

I hope that addressed your questions. If you need more info, feel free to let us know.

FYI, Filecloud premium access is $4.95 a month standalone. That and the $9.95 for web hosting would put you well under the $122.15 you're paying now.

I cannot stand demagoguery. If you disagree with my stance, you're a blithering twit. You're not a twit, are you?
