That's a touchscreen keyboard. No tactile feedback = slower to use.

Exactly. I have big hands and fingers, I need something with real buttons.

This will probably be my next phone. It's GSM so can be used with anyone but Verizon.

 I've got a Q and love it. Of course it's my first device like it so I haven't got a clue what it's missing compared to the full blown PDA phones. The q has great reception, works wonderfully for the work email stuff and I have GPS software on it. I can take many of my business trips without needing to take a laptop along. It's been a huge success for me.

Hillsboro, OR		 Ditto that. Touchscreen only limits the usefulness for a hardcore road warrior. And, being locked out from adding any apps to it sucks as well.
