I quoted the bill that is the subject of this thread and story; the quoted portion directly contradicts a post in this thread.

Enough. These dsl employee/cable employee fights in the news comments are obnoxious.

As are employees shilling for their employers, then attacking critics.

I'm going to be cracking down harder on both from here on.
