<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/0"><b>anon</b></A> : Installed Vonage correctly march 27, 2007. Had dial tone, but no sound dialing. Spent half hour while tech made various configurations.  Was transferred to an "Advanced Tech" and another half hour while other configurations were tested.  Advised Vonage router defective and was advised new router would be sent.  New router arrived and was installed correctly.  Same problem.  Was forced to tolerate complete repeat of alternate configurations ending with dial tone but no other sound.  Again transferred to Advanced Technicion who put me on hold to read case file (11144959).  Remained off lie until call was dropped.  No effort to contact me via phone or email. Am now stuck with two systems at me expense. ]]></description>
