| Clearwire service
It's not his computer. I've had Clearwire tell me to do several things to my computer. Guess what, the service (at best) is inconsistent, and yes, after not providing service to us for over a week now they threatened us with large fees to cancel also. I'd caution anyone to find other providers before siging up. |

| I've read a lot of these reviews on various web sites. One thing that I've learned: Clearwire monitors many of these sites. In some cases they respond. In one instance they agreed to release a person from the cancellation fee, but (per his note on line) he had to agree to remove or edit his reviews and inputs to BLOGS. Want to get a real reaction? Send your stories to everyone in your address book. Ask them to forward it to everyone in theirs. Copy either the Clearwire on line support or media email address on their web site (media@clearwire.com) so they see what is happening. If you have a local radio or televison consumer advocant copy him/her also. Ask you friends to do the same. The message will go out exponentially. It shouldn't take long to get the policies changed. |
