RIAA and what if they were sneaks!

What if by chance the only way the RIAA knew you had mp3s on your machine was because the illegally did. For Instance made fake accounts (getting paid too...) on grokster, edonkey , etc and launch programs too see your hard drive. This in turn, if you found the files they sent...would be illegal. Might be a paranoia but also a government conspiracy.....
