Been there, done that, got the crappy T-shirt. It is THE most thankless job I have ever had. Which is why I always tell them "Thank you very much, I appreciate your time." You know what? Sure, it's their job or whatever and they are just doing that job. No reason to treat them like crap as the man in the OP clip did. I had a lot of trouble with my first HP laptop overheating, so I was constantly chatting with tech support. Even though I was mad that nobody was really helping me, I never make an ass of myself. |
