Love all of them but especially that last one. I also love the cat tails.
Thanks JKK. It was tricky getting this guy in focus. The cat tails in the foreground really gave my lens a hard time locking the focus on.

Well I know its spring when the pond down the road from me is buzzing with activity. Last year we had Hooded Merganser in our pond, this year these Wood Duck's have decided to pay us a visit. These are very rare ducks in our area, and this is the first time I have ever seen them. This is about as close as they would let me get. If I have time next weekend I might set up a blind closer to the water and wait for them to return. Also tossed in a Red-winged Blackbird shot. I love how these guys balance on the cat-tails.
