how are they charging twice for the service? once for the full price and then again for hd?

Cox internet may not be the best, but their tv is a great deal.

right, they charge you a premium to watch the same shows in higher res. ripoff.

Cox Inet isnt bad, when I am able to download at 1.5 mbps thats not a bad thing.
