Hire people who know what they are doing

Well the first thing they will need to do is hire people that do more than read off a trouble shooting que card. A lot of people hire me in my area to do the install of verizon dsl, occasionally there is a problem on verizon's end of the install and they have a tough time resolving that let alone bigger issues
