You can get out

If you're not getting service you CAN get out of the contract. Don't let them rip you off. Here are some ideas. First keep calling the help line. Make them come out and fix it. Heads up: a friend did this, they couldn't fix it BUT later found out that the tech wrote that it was resolved every time. Follow up with and email confirming that it hadn't been fixed. Do this repeatedly. Document every call and email, including every name that you speak to. When the pile gets large enough ask to cancel. If they demand a fee go to the local Better Business Bureau (on line) and put in a complaint with all of the details. Put in all details. Also fax the Clearwire CEO with the same. If all of that doesn't work start an email campaign and copy Clearwire. Send inputs on line. Encourage others to do the same. FYI: they read a lot of these sites. Use your imagination. Here's the thing: as long as it's the truth your risk is the cancellation fee. Clearwire's risk is the cost of the tech visits plus the number of customers cancelling or customers not signing up. They know that.
