Virtual Server problem

geohei posted : Hi.

I'm trying to shoot a hole (telnet) through my "U.S. Robotics Wireless MAXg ADSL Gateway" firewall.

I went to "Virtual Server" and configured the port (inbound and outbound), protocol (inbound and outbound) and LAN IP. This doesn't work for some reason. The server behind the router can't be seen.

Is there any other place inside the router configuration which requires adjustments in order to let incoming traffic through?

Many thanks!
