| Verizon is offensive.... Yikes, what an offensive idea! I've called support at Verizon and generally it seems non-existent (unless it's customer service attempting to con you into believing that you owe Verizon more money than you really do)! They might as well just offer you the choice of talking to a MACHINE when you call, or talking to someone who "MIGHT" know what they are doing for an extra $10 fee. I can't wait to start hearing the horror tales about Verizon reps making up stories of how you supposedly agreed to an extra $10 fee for support when it never happened.
I'm thinking of doing a youtube piece demonstrating what a bunch of liars and rip off artists Verizon have become. I never thought any firm could make time warner look good, but these bums have succeeded. I've seen these folks lie so many times that I can't even call them anymore without feeling a requirement to tape the conversation myself.
