Charlotte Hall, MD | Verizon did misrepresent there offering and it sucks that alot of people found out the hard way....I knew before I even signed up that it was limited so I was well aware of the alloted bandwidth I had. For me 5gb a month is plenty. I just need it for work and surfing. I only average 2-3gb a month.
I choose VZ based on the coverage and the discount for using there wireless phone service. There phone service quality at least for me exceeds all others by a mile.
Kudo's to them for finally admitting there mistake. But I think there ultimate goal is to get that $175 termination fee now if you exceed the 5gb limit. Prior to this they just terminated you with no charge. I can definitely see this changing now. |
