You can do this via a live cd and save to a big enough USB drive, by taking the drive out and putting it in another computer as slave and backing you data to that other computer. Again, just ask if you would like step by step instructions, but like i posted above if you have OS cd it should work fine if you just do a repair and not a fresh install.]]></description>

If you have the OS cd put it in the drive like if your going to install windows, reboot, the disk is going to detect your windows and ask you if you would like to install a fresh copy or repair. it's going to look like it's installing a fresh copy but it's just repairing. After it's done windows should boot up. If you don't know how to do this i can dig up some notes i keep because i dont know it by memory and post step by step on how to do this, just let me know.]]></description>
