Now all they have to do is change the verbage on my bill. My bill clear as day states "unlimited megabyte/month plan" on it.

Kinda hard to argue with that.

Recent press releases STILL use the term 'unlimited' with no mention of 5GB/month limited.

Since I signed a 2 year contract in June of 2006, that stated unlimited megabytes, and VZN is now changing its terms of service, does that mean I get to refuse the new terms and cancel service w/o a fee?

Moreover, since my EVDO modem is attached to my cellphone account (lower rate if you have both, etc.), does this mean I can dump both and switch over to Cingular for an iPhone?
