Re: Truth in Advertising I love people who discredit another person for not being a professional and yet insist on making statements like they are. That particular clause in the contract doesn't mean crap simply because there was no proper consideration given by both parties at the time the conditions were changed. If there is no consideration, it is no longer a valid contract. How do you think all these people were recently able to wiggle out of their contracts because Verizon added/increase a particular line item charge on their bills? Because Verizon changed the terms of the contract on their customers without their consent. |
