Re: Sign me up! Have you taken your broken DVR to your local office for replacement? No? When my DVR broke I took it in and had my BRAND NEW, not refurbished DVR in seconds.

| Sorry, didnt mean to sound snotty... I happen to know that my local office has over 50 brand new DVR units in stock, and thats in the front office area of the building. I wonder why they cant transfer some out to where you are.

| each area of TWC has its own warehouse for equipment and such. Also each area is different. You just can't send equipment from one division to another. TWC does not like that. |
