Consumers 1, Big Company 99

Thats good news for consumers. Being that I went threw this nightmare switch over. Being without internet or TV for about a week, not to mention I work out of my home.

they've had some sort of problem over the last couple of weeks.

Up ... down ... up ... down.

reset modem...reset router...all ok again. I'm just starting to feel irritated about the fact that I have to reset everything about once every 48 hours to keep service.

(Did I call? yes...as usual, they tell me nothings wrong. Don't think in all my years of having net access, have I ever heard a customer service rep actually admit that they are having issues.)

I had a problem similar to that about half a year ago before the switch. It turned out to be a "bad Modem", I suggest go down to your TimeWarner (Probably the one on Palm Ave. - Old Town Orange) and get a new modem. Its free and easy, I did this and my connection worked GREAT (like it should).
