i'm barely hitting 50k with secureix. i really need to get into newsgroups or something because this is such a waste of money. and i can't get bell where i am

@nibble.net		 The bandwidth limit on premium is 625. Many users on the SIX boards are reporting the same problem. Upload is fine, download 200-250 max.
