Re: A Message From Insight CEO Michael Willner

M Willner "We have stated publicly that we are content to continue to operate our half of the company and, in due course, will consider all of our options."

I guess that indicates Insight might sell out the rest of the company after the Comcast deal is done.

Mr. Willner can you please comment about how the auction process is going in selling the rest of Insight?

Glimmer, if the reports about Insight being on the auction block are false, Mr.Willner could come here and say so. If we don't hear from Mr. Willner, then we know the auction story is probably true.

I saw that article today too. I just figure if the story is false, maybe Mr. Willner would post something here.

The odds are the story is true about the auction. I even suggested Insight should sell out by having an auction.

Re: A Message From Insight CEO Michael Willner

Well I do know that the Henderson area will not be switched to comcast they are part of the Evansville area which insight is supposed to keep. AS far as when the switch is to take place not sure if anyone knows exactly when, but the reports say then end of the year. However if the reports of the auction are true it might push the switch even sooner. Should be a interesting 6 months.......
