I had been against Insight since the @home days because of the lousy service in my area. I will give them credit that things have been working really solid since mid January this year for me without even one line drop on the Internet and no TV outages. Now, that is a huge improvement. I figure the changes were done so Insight can sell out the rest of the service area after the Comcast deal is done.
