said by RR Conductor  :The only things different about our account are the Comcast name. the support info and the HSI name (the bill now says Comcast HSI without cable, it used to just say Premier), everything else, including the account number and the look of the bill is the same as Adelphia's. We were transitioned about 2 weeks ago here in Mendocino County in Northern California. This is region specific, it depends what billing system your local Comcast area is using and whether billing was migrated to that system
