The legality is certainly questionable but as I've noted before, the payments (via visa/mastercard) to allofmp3 were formerly processed by ChronoPay, a genuine and well established Dutch company. They have ceased their agreement with allofmp3, likely because of legal harrassment from media companies, but not because of fraud.
As for the reputability, allofmp3 has been used for several years by many users. I've not once heard of a fraudulent credit card charge stemming from them (correct me if I am wrong).

| Been using them for years here too. Never had any type of bad experience with them. I use a prepaid netspend card to buy music. Can't take what isn't there!
