I agree with you 100%- I actually just finished porting my numbers out of Nuvio and just cancelled their NPBX Service recently.
Their call quality has greatly diminished over the last few months. I used to be a huge proponent of Nuvio, but have had extensive issues with them since the 1st of the year.
It's unfortunate, but I guess the market is taking it's toll on some providers. |

| Nuvio is a bunch of crooks! I went to sign up with their service went to order until it said i had to pay $150 up front!!!! I canceled my order and still was charged! it took me 5 phone calls to get my refund and not until after i threatened to call Visa and reverse charges from my bank to them did they do anything. Nuvio has gone down hill over the last year! |
