| every speed test gets worse.. and im not running anything.. there is no other data except from the speedtest on dslreports.. i also did the speedtest to my provider on my last comment.. this one is worse.. upload is about ~50kbps more then i said..

| I used to have fairpoint and besides the usual weekly service outage the speeds were so-so. I got about the full 1.5Mbps I had when it was working, it took them over 2 weeks to do that because I had a bad line and they could not bother to fix it in a timely manner. Then the hard part came around, getting credit for the time. I did eventually but they never honored their first 6 months for $22.95 plan, they kept charging me the full $45 for the pathetic 1.5Mbps link and every month I had to call to get it corrected. And this is not the half of it. Case in point I think anyone I know who has Verizon that gets switched to this crap service will switch to Time Warner if they can because it will be the same price for 4x the speed. |
