What are the Tweak settings on the problem computer? You know you have to reboot for the settings to be effective since they are stored in the Registry?

| reply to Organisms Assuming WinXP, etc., open Device Manager, right-click your NIC, select properties, and in the advanced properties, report the duplex settings: I always use Auto, but yours might be set to 10mbps half duplex.
OTOH, run the Tweak Test, change settings with Dr. TCP. This on its own can fix download speed problems.
