No DoubleClick for Microsoft

Wasn't there just a news story a few days back about how Microsoft was looking to buy DoubleClick to augment their ad services? This buy could be a defensive move to keep Microsoft's hands off of the ad network. (With the side benefit of bulking up the AdSense network.)
