Not that bad @mcciglobal.com	Its really not that bad Ok, here it is. Verizon's tech support IS free for dsl issues and there products. But the $9.99 a month service provides service for almost anything that is wrong with your computer. Local techs charge around $50-$100 to fix your issue (like networking) where you have someone on the phone with you for only $9.99.... and you can call anytime and for almost any issue. I don't think this would fail.

I think there is an option to purchease this as a one time use (It covers about 2 days, to get your issue resolved.) .. for $64 bucks.
