Tech Support got worse at VZ

When I had problems back like year or two ago, tech support was quick to address and solve problems. Now I did two installs for my friends and had to call support and found communicating very difficult. Bad margins and low speeds , solution? Clear IE cache, even when using FireFox. Interleave vs FastPath? What's that? It is just terrible, if I only knew direct number to higher level support..
