| Worcester info anyone?
Anyone know when we will get 10 meg here? At the Higgins street office 10 meg is plastered all over the place. When I walked up to the cashier and asked she said no sorry. Why the hell do they have advertisements all over about 10meg if they can't offer it here?
Anyone? |

| I have no idea. I went to the Higgins street office just a month or two ago and they had the advertisements posted for 10mbit. They did give me the upgrade to 5mbit from the 3mbit which was a few dollars cheaper. No complaints there. As for the 10mbit, we shall see the upgrade...eventually. |

| I can't even call Charter to ask about anythinng
Due to technical reasons we can't handle your call.
If I had 1 choice I would switch. This is by far the worst company. I work with people who were managers over at higgins street. You should hear the stories. |

Charter continues to teeter on bankruptcy and are trying to stretch every dollar. This in all likely hood means equipment that needs to be replaced is not, maintenance windows are being ignored, and systems are being drastically oversold. Thank God I only have Charter for mini-basic television service, the few times I've had to call them with problems have been nightmares getting through their voice tree system, and then ending up with someone in Mexico who can't really help but can only read from a script in broken English. Unfortunately it doesn't look like Verizon has any plans this decade to roll out FIOS in Worcester County beyond the few towns they've wired in the Eastern borders (Grafton, Westboro, Southboro, etc.). Until they have some level of competition Charter has no motivation to improve their level of service. |
