And people say Comcast is bad.
At least they are advertising what the caps are and what the prices are for going over them, so that customers are better able to choose an ISP should this be a problem for them.

Part of me is dying inside for saying this.

But pnh102 is right.
If a company is going to impose these types of restrictions on their customers, they should be clearly listed and easily tracked, so the consumer can make an informed decision whether to purchase their service, or remain a customer.
The hidden "SURPRISE! You exceeded this month's invisible double-secret probation limits!!" crap is just wrong.

Yet another reason to go to another DSL reseller. Mine offers more then Sympatico for less.
