ashworth join:2001-10-06 Pittsburgh, PA	I think the franchise agreements(LFA) are becoming harder to come by in Mass. In other states VZ is working through the process, but some communities I'm sure are holding them hostage and vise versa. Do ya want it or not ??

We'll give them a statewide franchise so they can avoid the hundreds of different local franchising negotiations, but it won't be a giveaway where we give them everything they want. VZ's opposition to the New York legislation is telling.
