| I think the franchise agreements(LFA) are becoming harder to come by in Mass. In other states VZ is working through the process, but some communities I'm sure are holding them hostage and vise versa. Do ya want it or not ?? |

VZ's opposition to the New York legislation is telling. They don't want statewide franchising just to avoid local franchising (they could have that now in New York if that's all they wanted), they want statewide franchising on their terms.
