News for you, you are NOT YIELDING when traffic has to SLOW or STOP for you. Even in high traffic situations in which cars are backed up from a light, people do NOT have to stop for you, but most people are courteous enough to stop and let you through.
If you were yielding the right of way you wouldn't have got hit, END of STORY. Turning on your turn signal is not yielding.
This is a prime example of people not taking responsibility for their actions, always someone or something else's fault.
Go ahead, waste your time fighting it in court, you will NOT win. Those Law Books you told me to cram up my ass certainly will win in this situation.
Lesson you should have learned? That you don't pass unless you are 100% clear and you KNOW there are no vehicles coming.
I will say though the other guy is pretty retarded if the other two lanes slowed down and he continued to romp down the road, but he still isn't at fault.
Your life isn't all the bad man, Your dad isn't dead right? Your mom can still find another job right? Your car can be fixed right? There are many people in less fortunate situations than you have, You just have to keep living and things will look up. |
