Moi, en tant que particulier standard, je veux avoir le 100 MBits/sec en 2007 et non pas plus tard.

Mais tout n'est pas perdu.
Il te reste encore 7 mois pour ouvrir une compagnie et déménager à Montréal. y'a de l'espoir !!

Je ne pense pas qu'il faille beaucoup espérer là-dessus en 2007 pour les particuliers... Désolé.
