Time Warner has notoriously been against any and all forms of help/communication from employees through the forum.  Your best bet might be to troubleshoot your own equipment and then call in to tech support.<br><br>There are still a few of us that have access to the "Adelphia" network that frequent the forum.  We can continue to help until the final areas have been migrated has been migrated.]]></description>

<description><![CDATA[<A HREF="/useremail/u/1173405"><b>braynes</b></A> :    No has been running fine, I do not know about RR/TW but overall the service I was getting from adelphia was very good, I think that tw will work out.<br>   I do wish that they would tell there customers about this happening not just spring it on them.<br>At 12pm it went down and came up around 6.<br>when I called and used the chat they were adamant that nuda was wrong, then they gave me the reboot everything (He did not seam to understand the tv was out and the internet was out so Even throw I played the shut down and reboot shit and then take the router our,etc., when they must have known it was an outage.<br>  I spoke with many people in the area the people I spoke were down as well.  <br>On the upside I am sure when they are done, it will be back as good as it was.And I am glad I have verizon or I would have been off line.<br><br>  All good now, service and time were fine(just wish they had said area down instead of wasting both are time)<br>Bruce<br>Bruce]]></description>
