The two I've noticed thus far are www.techpowerup.com and www.svc.com
I'm in WA state, and seem to be able to ping the sites fine, but no http. |

DNS seems to work fine. I can't get to any site via the IP, so it's not a DNS issue.
I'm assuming it's a Comcast routing issue and not a Pair routing issue?
Can you post a traceroute to see what you get?
